The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the house of the petitioner one rifle, one country made pistol and 11 cartridges were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house. The petitioner is the license holder of the said rifle. However, the country made pistol was not recovered from the area in possession of the petitioner.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45818 of 2014 (05) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
