Petitioner seeks bail in Sultanganj P.S. Case No.123 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 397, 412, Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has come on the basis of CCTV footage. No TIP has been held till date.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66895 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
