Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 457/380 of the Penal Code, is said to have stolen Rs. 70,000/- from the house of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that both petitioner and the informant are agnates.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41433 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S.
