This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70978 of 2021, whereby the petitioner including other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 198 of 2020.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that before passing the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.3 in C.W.J.C. No. 70978 of 2021, he was arrested but due to communication gap, the same could not be informed to the Court.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 22.03.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70978 of 2021, is modified to the extent that except present petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34733 of 2022(3) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 namely, Md. Zakir, other petitioners i.e. petitioner nos. 2, 4, 5 and 6, namely, Saira Khatoon, Md. Hasim, Rubaisha Khatoon and Rabina Khatoon, are granted anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 22.03.2022.

This modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
