JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Case No. C2-471/18, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 30 litres of Nepali Sauf liquor.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 7.9.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65913 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C2-471/18.
