2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) to quash / set-aside the impugned order dated 20.03.2014 passed in Land Dispute Resolution Appeal no. 69 of 2012 by the learned court of Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya and further be pleased to affirm the order dated 24.02.2012 /14.03.2012 passed in Land Dispute Resolution case no. 54/2011 by the learned court of Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Arawal (contained in annexure-1 and 2

3. Paragraph-8 of the counter-affidavit shows that a Title Suit no. 221 of 2011 is pending between the parties before the Civil Court, Arwal.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
