JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he committed sexual harassment against the informant besides commission of assault and theft.

During submission, there is no substantial material to assume false implication.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Punpun Police Station Case No. 05 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi/successor Court. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
