2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-64(1) Of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections-4 & 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The victim lodged her fardbeyan on 09-01-2025 that on 06-01-1025, at the false pretext of marriage, the petitioner had kidnapped her.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim was examined as P.W. 2 and she did not support the prosecution case.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court (POCSO), Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025.
