JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 348, 354 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the informant and her son with Dab.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case due to land dispute between the parties. From perusal of the injury report (Annexure-2) it appears that injuries are simple in nature.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two
