Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rail Barsoi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) read with Section 13 of Bihar 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 17 liters of illegal wine from the bag of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 28.07.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67021 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Barsoi Rail P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018.
