No. 7636 of 2014, Dr. Kedar Nath Pandey & Others Versus The Magadh University, Bodhgaya, decided on 15.01.2015, the impugned order, contained in Annexure-8, passed by the Pay Verification Cell and corresponding notification, contained in Annexure-10, issued by the Education

Patna High Court CWJC No.20078 of 2014 dt.27-01-2015 2/2 Department in furtherance thereto, dated 16.07.2014 are hereby quashed.

Writ application is allowed.

Respondents are given freedom to act in accordance with the direction issued in the case of Dr. Kidar Nath Pandey (supra).
