Petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.07.2016 in connection with Sessions Trial No.443 of 2016/699 of 2016, arising out of Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 260 of 2009 for offences punishable under Sections 452/307/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mustak and similarly situated co-accused Md. Rashid and others have already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.37712 of 2009 and other matters.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51754 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nawada, in connection with Sessions Trial No.443 of 2016/699 of 2016, arising out of Nawada Town P.S.
