Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and one another but para-29 and 30 of the case diary goes to show that both the injured of this case sustained simple injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Bathnaha) P.S.Case No. 224 of 2016.
