The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gurua P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the Fardbeyan that son of the informant had gone to visit Barat party on 27.4.2016 in the evening and did not return till morning. The informant made search and learnt that these petitioners had assaulted his son in Barat party on the pretext to dance. The informant found his son lying unconscious at the door of Laxman Mandal (petitioner No.

1) and blood was oozing from his head.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15768 of 2017 (3) dt.03-08-2017 Case diary has been received.

The Fardbeyan of the son of the informant has been recorded by the police which is available in paragraph-48 of the case diary wherein he has specifically alleged against these petitioners that they assaulted him with Khanti, rod etc. on his head.

The injury report is available in paragraph-61 of the case diary wherein the doctor has found grievous injury on his head.

Considering the serious nature of the case and injury sustained by the son of the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.

Petitioners may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
