Taking into consideration the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jokihat ( Mahalgaon) P.S.Case No. 338 of 2015 , pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court should expedite the taril of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
