====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No.48 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the informant alleges that he is handler of Bank of India, CSP Centre and at about 11.30 A.M. on 11.02.2020, three criminals on an Apache motorcycle came

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of this petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Gulab Mian @ Gulab @ Gulab Alam. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Gulab Mian @ Gulab @ Gulab Alam has been granted bail by order dated 21.12.2020 in Cr. Misc. No.25352 of 2020. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2020, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and co-accused Gulab Mian @ Gulab @ Gulab Alam in whose confessional statement the name of this petitioner transpired has been granted regular bail, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No.48 of 2020, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be father of the petitioner and in the event, if the petitioner after commencement of trial does not attend the Court on two consecutive dates, the learned Court below shall
