2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 363/363A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl had eloped with one Rajeev Kumar and got married to him. Petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that it has come during investigation that the petitioner had committing rape with the victim girl.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
