This petition is for modification of order dated 22.12.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.55288 of 2016 and for extension of time to surrender the petitioners in the court below. Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is his fault that he could not inform the petitioners in time, therefore, the petitioners could not surrender in the court below in time.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the period of surrender in the court below is extended for four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed to that extent.
