JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant appears to be a minor girl but she states that her mother scolded her, as a result whereof she left her home and reached Saharsa Station from where petitioner and her husband took her to their home where she was raped by husband of the petitioner.

No doubt, the informant claims that petitioner also allowed her husband to commit rape on the informant but considering the aforesaid facts as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody since 31.03.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
