Vide order dated 01.12.2020, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for six months on the ground of illness. On 21.06.2021, on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for 05.07.2021. On 12.07.2021 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Again on 13.07.2021 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned for 20.07.2021.

Today also nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Due to repeated non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 01.12.2020 is hereby cancelled.
