The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 dated 03.05.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 55 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The accusation against the petitioners is of having attempted to outrage the modesty of the victims. However, the police did not find the accusation to be correct but differing with the aforesaid report, cognizance has been taken against the petitioners also. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30972 of 2021(2) dt.17-01-2022 2/2 petitioners who on their surrender can plead all the ground urged before this Court which shall be taken into account and an order shall be passed, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition on their behalf has not been entertained.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
