This modification application has been filed for extending the time of surrender.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner, that petitioner along with other co-accused persons named in the FIR, was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 07.06.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22910 of 2017 with a condition to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks. All the co-accused persons surrendered before the court below within the time granted by this Court and got regular bail, but this petitioner was unable to surrender as he is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64271 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 living outside the State of Bihar to earn his livelihood. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the time of surrender of this petitioner may be extended. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the time of surrender of petitioner namely Sumit Mishra is extended by another four weeks.

The modification application is allowed.
