The petitioner seeks bail in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 86/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 47(a), 53(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and from possession of the petitioner one country-made pistol along with three live cartridges was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2016. Petitioner has already remained in jail for six and half months for recovery of one

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 86/2016.
