JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 02-09-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14420 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 406 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Special Judge Electricity, Gaya. The period of provisional bail is also extended for a month.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41078 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited the undertaken amount of Rs.75,000/-.

On verification of the fact that the petitioner has already deposited the undertaken amount the provisional bail will be confirmed by the learned court below. The order dated 11.05.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
