JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the dead body was found in the house of the petitioners, I do not feel it proper to release them on bail and, accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Harsiddhi P.S. case No.452 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari (East Champaran) stands rejected. However, trial court should expedite the trial and try to conclude the same.
