2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8/20(b) (ii)(c), 25 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was apprehended on the spot. Petitioner has been made accused in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concerned with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with N.D.P.S. Special Case No. 07 of 2021 arising out of Sonpur P.S. Case No. 879 of 2020 (NDPS Special Case No. 13 of 2020).
