Mr.Kumar Veerendra Narayan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45517 of 2018.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 161 of 2018 arising out of Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody for 15 months and uptil now though charge has been framed on 27.06.2018, but not a single witness has been examined in this case Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22487 of 2019(3) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 petitioner on bail.

However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and at the same time, Superintendent of Police, Munger is directed to produce the witness in the trial Court, however, if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
