The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Thakur. No other tangible evidence has been collected during course of investigation to suggest the implication of this petitioner in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran at Chapra in Police Station Case No. 665 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
