JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in Khagariya ( Chitragupta Nagar ) P.S. Case No.21/16 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 160, 353, 307 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Two groups were quarrelling with each other. When the police came they scuffled with the police and obstructed in discharging their duty. The allegation is of pelting stone as well as firing at the police party. The petitioner was identified among the mob.

Submission of the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent except one case wherein he is already on bail.

No.50728 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Khagaria, in Khagaria (Chitraputra Nagar) P.S. Case No.21/16 corresponding to G.R.No.93/16.
