The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No.79 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the plea taken by the petitioner who is reported to be a man of clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in
