This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chenari P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story in short is that Bholu Yadav came to petitioner's house and took her husband regarding some work. In the evening, Golu Yadav and Bhulan Yadav took her husband (Sikandar Singh) in an injured condition and fled away. Petitioner took him to Sadar Hospital, Sasaram where the doctor declared him dead. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22702 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 wife Manju Devi had love affair with Ashok Singh. It has been further alleged that Ashok Singh, Pankaj Singh and Ajay Singh used to threaten to kill petitioner's husband i.e. Sikandar Singh .

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trail. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
