Petitioner is the husband of the opposite party no. 2 and is seeking quashing of the order dated 14.03.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. 1824/2013 by which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence under Section 498A IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
