Trained Scale with effect from 11.04.1995 and Scale of Headmaster with effect from 11.04.2000 and Headmaster Senior Scale with effect from 11.04.2012, the petitioner's counsel submits that petitioner has made a representation before the District Programme Officer (Respondent No. 7).

2. Learned State counsel submits that the claims are belated.

3. Since the issue is pending consideration before Respondent No. 7, and decision has to be taken by the authority,

4. The petitioner's claim is entitled to be considered upon it's own merits, having regard to the claim alleging that juniors have been granted the benefit, as also with reference to office order dated 25.11.2014 issued by the District Education Officer, Sharsha (Annexure 3).

5. Let final decision be taken by Respondent No. 7 within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. Writ petition is disposed of.
