The petitioner seeks bail in Pathamari P.S. Case No. 19/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Four litres country made liquor was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Pathamari P.S.
