It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has filed this petition for restoration of Cr.Misc. no. 49671 of 2016 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this Court as petitioner has not complied the direction given by this Court within the time prescribed. It is further submitted that now the petitioner is ready to comply the Court's order. Heard learned APP.

In view of the above, Cr.Misc. no. 49671 of 2016 is restored to its original file and further one week time is granted to the petitioner for complying the direction mentioned in the aforesaid order.
