The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015 dated 21.02.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 25 of the Arms Act.

Three accused persons were apprehended with mobile telephones without any valid papers and firearms. One of those persons has confessed about the petitioner also being an accomplice with them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that except for the aforesaid confession of an arrested accused person, there is no other material to

The petitioner has clean antecedents.

For the aforenoted reasons, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
