The petitioner, Abhishek Kumar Yadav @ Abhishek Yadav@ Chotu Yadav, is in custody since 26.06.2016 in Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No.288 of 2016 under Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that from the possession of this petitioner one country made pistol and a cartridge was found from the possession of the petitioner.

According to the petitioner because of the fact that earlier the petitioner has complained before the S.P. against the Officer In-charge, he ahs been falsely implicated in this case. The complaint has been annexed as Annexure '2' series. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of
