JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard Mr. Akhileshwar Pd. Singh in support of the application and Mr. Dayal, APP for the State. This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, his prayer for bail was considered and rejected by order dated 18.07.2015 (Annexure-1) considering the allegation attributed to him in the crime which was registered under sections 302 and 387/34 IPC. It is submitted that the police subsequently made further investigation in which the complicity of the petitioner has been doubted. Some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail.

In my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The prayer is rejected.
