2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner gave a knife blow on the neck of informant, but it hit left side of chest.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to petty dispute and village politics. The doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, clean antecedent as well as the nature of injury allegedly caused by this petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
