1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. In compliance of the order dated 08.08.2023, the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are present in person. The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 jointly submit that their conjugal life stands restituted and they are leading a happy conjugal life. The opposite party no. 2 herself submits that she will also withdraw the instant criminal case against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, the Court expresses its satisfaction since the conjugal relationship of the parties stands revived. The petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 3607 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
