It has been alleged that in midst of way motorcycle borne criminals overtook the informant and further, petitioner shot at informant Manoj Prasad Chaudhary who had meticulous escape. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 23.09.2016. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Subhash Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachawara P.S. Case No.130/2016.
