The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Shingeshwar P. S. Case no. 226 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation against petitioner no. 1 of assaulting informant with dabiya on the head of the informant. There is no allegation against petitioner no. 2. Injury on the informant is lacerated wound on the right dorsum of hand and abrasion on left knee joint and opinion with regard to one of the injuries was kept reserved even

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14564 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 after filing supplementary injury report as appears from the order of the learned Sessions Judge. It appears from the written report that the occurrence took place due to land dispute. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Singeshwar P.S. case no. 226 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
