JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Several persons including petitioner are named in the first information report but admittedly, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor was anything recovered from his conscious possession.
No doubt, it is a serious case in which six police personnel died in explosion of land mines but having more or less similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Navinagar
