04.09.2015 The Petitioner seeks transfer of C.R. No. 201 of 2013 (Tr. No. 366 of 2015) pending in the Court of Dr. D.K. Bhaskar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur to any other Court there.
I see no reason for interference in the matter. The Application stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. For this reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, and the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
