2. The petitioner makes a prayer for bail in connection with Benipatti P.S Case No.174 of 2023 F.I.R dated 01.08.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, in Benipatti P.S. Case No. 19/2023, a forged birth certificate of Mithilesh Mukhiya was detected, and during investigation it transpired that the same was prepared at the cyber cafe of this petitioner, leading to registration of the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent, has committed no offence and has falsely

Case No.19 of 2023. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has forged the birth certificate of his brother for proving him a juvenile to get the benefit. It is further submitted that petitioner is an literate person and cannot do such forgery. Petitioner is in languishing in judicial custody since 07.02.2026. Moreover, a statement has been made in para 3 that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, the period of custody and the clean antecedent, the petitioner is enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I in connection with Benipatti P.S Case No.174 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation/trial.
