2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S., Case No. 404 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that specific allegation of firing upon the deceased is against co-accused Niru Kumar.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 404 of 2023.
