JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. 80 Liters of Mahua Liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious position of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 04.09.2018. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum Special Judge (Excise Act) Vaishali at Hajipur in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 319/2018.
