Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395, 397, 412 and 216 (k) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused. Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
