The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 427, 379, 406, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There was a dispute between the parties in respect of execution of sale deed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire dispute has been settled amicably and a xerox copy of compromise petition is available on record as

Considering the fact that the matter has been compromised amicably, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
