This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that while he was working as manager of the informant, he misappropriated money of the factory of the informant and deposited the same in the referred account.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed a copy of the bank statement as well as the original pass book to substantiate that the allegation is not acceptable. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
